Nicole uses her love of operations, building long standing customer relationships and strong leadership background to oversee NJ Wright sales and operations. Nicole co-founded NJ Wright Financial in 2022. Nicole is a graduate of Fontbonne University where she received her bachelor’s degree. She continued her education at Saint Louis University where she received her master’s degree.

As an entrepreneur at heart, Joe founded NJ Wright Financial in 2022. With 25 years of diverse experience spanning finance, sales, and operations, Joe is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success.
Joe's journey in the world of business began as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he honed his skills in financial analysis and strategic planning.
